Decisions regarding details of the scientific programme of the Center the
Governing Board delegates to the Scientific Council. The Council meets
several times a year.
The Executive Director is the administrative head of the Center and reports
to the Council and its Chairman. He is responsible for the daily running
the Center. The Executive Director is ex officio a member of the Council
